Problems with orders

How do I check the status of my order?

You can always check the status of your order in your personal account or check with the manager by e-mail beauty@boltaeva.com, by phone or whatsapp +7 905 809-88-87 daily from 08:00 to 17:00 Moscow time.

How can I track my order?

If your order has been transferred to the transport company, it has been assigned a track number, which you can always find in the dispatch confirmation letter in your personal account or check with our manager.

What should I do if the wrong product came that I ordered?

What should I do if a defective product has arrived?

Payment and delivery

How can I pay for the order?

After confirming the composition of the order, personal data and delivery address, you will need to enter your bank card details (card number, name and surname of the owner, card expiration date and CVV/CVC code). Payment is made through Sberbank PJSC using bank cards of the following payment systems: MIR, VISA, Mastercard. You can use any of the listed cards to pay for the order. We never ask for your card's PIN. Never give your card's PIN code to third parties.

Why is the payment on my card not going through?

There are several reasons why the bank does not allow you to make a payment:

  • Bank card data entered incorrectly;
  • Insufficient funds on the bank card account;
  • Your card is not issued in Russia and the Russian bank through which we accept payments cannot recognize it.

Making an order

Do I need to register on the website to place an order?
